Adelman Appraisals, Inc., was founded in 1993 by Chris Adelman.

Chris Adelman has been involved in California residential real estate appraisals since 1990. Focusing on residential real estate, Adelman Appraisals, Inc. has been involved in the evaluation of thousands of properties, to include single family residences, vacant land, condominiums, proposed construction, and income residential properties.  Chris Adelman was involved in real estate transactions with sales prices of over $100,000,000.   We are constantly involved in high end transactions, in which new price records are being established.  We specialize in upper level and complex properties. Appraisers from our company, are state licensed or certified and have extensive experience.

Chris Adelman has a masters degree in construction engineering and participates personally in every appraisal generated by the company and his company's reputation for quality research, accurate evaluations and timely delivery, have won the respect and patronage of major lending financial institutions and real estate companies in our service area, as well as business management companies, law offices, CPA's and private parties.

During many years of activity, appraisers from our firm, have established good relationships with top producing real estate agents, from the most prominent agencies in the area.  This gives us access to data which is available only to a limited number of appraisers.

We often participate in open houses and frequently keep close contact with people involved in high end transactions.  Due to the numerous high end appraisals we perform, our data base has detailed and accurate information in the geographic areas we cover.

Our staff is also involved in litigation related evaluations, by estimating values for divorce and/or separation settlements, estate planning, gift tax, property tax reduction, probate, trust sales and other fields where real estate valuation is needed. Chris Adelman is involved in numerous expert witness testimonies and depositions and was quoted in the cover story of the November 29th, 2004 edition of the Los Angeles Daily Journal, in regards to his expert witness experience.
